Full of Hype

Everyone is human with problems. Everyday we are faced and tested over and again with new problems. We are defined by how we deal with the problems we are faced. Many top executives and the top management of the most respectable companies admit that they learn as they go. They have enough confidence to make appropriate decisions given the information they have. They are able to change direction when the wind tells them otherwise. We as the workforce behind need to feel we are full of hype just the same.

Do you mean full of hype as in being conceited? If so, how do you suggest to be successful when the world keeps crashing down on you because of your physical features?

The "Full of Hype" is directed as a way of being self-confident. By reading the responses you had left, it seems as though you are in search for some answers. Some answers that you are requesting a "fast" answer for. Without getting too involved with your particular situation, I ask that you take some time to yourself to find the meaning of what makes you happy. Too often we please others before we please ourselves. Find what makes you enjoy passing the time to identify your true happiness. Remember, stress breeds bad decision making. The only limits we have in life are the ones we place upon ourselves.

So basically you are saying that we should have enough confidence to be the leader at work because the people at the top are only there because of the confidence level they have. Good thought. Also I wanted to say thanks for the add in your myspace.

Jennifer - Here's a good quote I've always been fond of:

"I don't know the key to success, but I know the key to failure is to try and please everyone." - Bill Cosby

You wanna know what's full of hype. This book is full of hype. My friend now thinks she's the best of the best like someone granted her supreme goddess of all the land. This book is a disgrace to americans and goes against all that our founding fathers fought against. If you want answers to having a successful life, here's a book for you Thomas - read the bible. I hope this book never makes it to readers laps.

Sam

I guess when you're at the top, there's envy. Let me get this one, your friend is walking on cloud 9 and you (supposive friend) is trying to bring her down? You have obviously mistaken Fleetwood's teachings with those from the bible. Not once does Fleetwood refute anything about the bible, nor does he even mention the bible.

The United Stats of Lazy brings us with a different approach with how we can be whomever we wish to. Sam - borrow your friends book if you're too cheap to buy one on your own. Perhaps then you will understand.

I have to agree with Sam. My husband is starting to change his ways and I believe it's because of this book. All he talks about is how he his now full of hype and personally, I think he's full of crap. He's a worthless worker-bee who won't get into that managerial position if I can help it!!!!!!
